I’m an artist, writer, husband and father living in Oshawa, Ontario. I spent years working as a professional illustrator and recruitment specialist before multiple sclerosis changed what my body could do—and forced me to rebuild how I worked and lived.

I write about disability, family, identity and the ordinary mess of trying to keep a life moving when your body keeps changing. MS is part of the story. It isn’t the whole story.
